Since our update in January, we've made great progress on site and are steadily nearing the completion of this project. A few key milestones we've achieved are: tower cranes were successfully removed in February, amenity and common area finishes, along with millwork, are progressing well, lobby millwork is nearing completion, civil and landscaping work is ongoing, and the B pool has been tiled and the pool deck has been poured.

In addition, our Customer Care team is now holding office hours. If you have any questions and prefer to speak to someone directly, you can now set up a phone call appointment with one of our team members.

On March 28, we hosted the University District Homeowner Information Session, providing important details on completion to over 500 homeowners! For those who were unable to attend, we've recorded the session for you to view at your leisure.

Since our last update some exciting things have happened that bring us closer to completion. A few key highlights are: North and South Tower roofs along with the B-shaped BlueSky pool are now poured. Building envelopes, the systems on the building made up of the exterior walls, windows, doors, roof, etcetera, that separate the indoors from the outdoors were completed in August.

In addition our Customer Care team have started pre-inspections and we anticipate homeowner orientations will commence in early Spring 2023.

Since our last update in the Fall, here are a few key milestones we've achieved: civil and landscaping work, which includes sidewalks, streetlamps and road curbs, has progressed well. All four hoists have been removed - these are the exterior elevators that are attached to the building and move construction materials and workers. Interior finishes are in full swing.
