Final residential tower at Surrey's University District set to rise

The last of three towers envisioned for University District near SkyTrain’s Surrey Central Station will cap off one of the largest multi-tower redevelopments to date within the emerging downtown Surrey area.

Named after its close proximity to Simon Fraser University’s growing Surrey campus, as well as new education institutions such as the 50,000-sq-ft Kwantlen Polytechnic University satellite campus and the future GEC Education Mega Centre, BlueSky Properties’ University District is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of University Drive and 104 Avenue.

The third tower — dubbed University District South — will have over 430 units, ranging from studio units to three-bedroom units, with residents provided with 23,000-sq-ft of private amenity space, including fitness facilities, an outdoor pool, and kid-friendly spaces.
